Esquire Associates Ltd was formed in 2018 to give clients a single, accountable partner from early ideas through to completion. We are registered in England and Wales (company number 09666615). Our base in East London (E14) keeps us close to projects across the city and into the South East.

Leads tendering, supply chain and contract setup. Works with design teams to keep designs buildable and budgets traceable before we commit on site.
Coordinates multiple sites, allocates site management resource, and monitors programme, H&S and quality across the business.
Site managers and contracts staff run the live build: subcontractors, inspections, client updates and snag lists until practical completion.
Interfaces between architect, engineer and trades. Issues coordinated information to site and flags clashes or specification gaps early.
Supports structured handover, O&M documentation and the defects period so clients know how to operate their building and who to call.
